HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist

The team partners closely with clients to solve business challenges through technology, delivering scalable, modern HCM solutions built on Oracle Fusion Cloud. 2. Job Summary

The Senior Consultant will independently deliver functional and technical solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. The role involves leading design workshops, building integrations, driving data migration strategies, and providing expert guidance throughout end-to-end implementations. This is a client-facing position that requires strong consulting skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to work across complex projects with minimal supervision.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (minimum of 3 full cycles).
• Design and deliver HCM modules leveraging HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Reports, Fast Formulas, and integration tools.
• Drive data migration and conversion strategies, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to map business processes and configure HCM solutions accordingly.
• Develop integration architectures and Proof of Concepts to support customer-specific scenarios.
• Provide expert consulting guidance and troubleshoot functional / technical issues.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with customer and project teams.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and contribute across different roles as needed.
• Travel 50–75% based on project demands.
