Role Description
- This is for an International Voice Process Role with Exceptionally Good Communication Skills.
- We are looking for an Empathetic customer service representative with extensive background in conflict resolution and customer care.
- Should be well versed in working in customer service and problem solving environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a mandate
- Experience range : 2-9 years, Prior experience preferably from US OR UK Europe region OR international voice process.
- Shift Timings : its 24
- 7- Please be informed this role includes Night Shift as well- 1.30am to 10.30am.
