Role Description

  • This is for an International Voice Process Role with Exceptionally Good Communication Skills.
  • We are looking for an Empathetic customer service representative with extensive background in conflict resolution and customer care.
  • Should be well versed in working in customer service and problem solving environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a mandate
  • Experience range : 2-9 years, Prior experience preferably from US OR UK Europe region OR international voice process.
  • Shift Timings : its 24
  • 7-Please be informed this role includes Night Shift as well- 1.30am to 10.30am.
  • Location : Pune
