Responsibilities
Post jobs and source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and credentialing the candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Check credentials, licenses, and background requirements.
Maintain a pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future needs.
Keep records updated in the applicant tracking system.
Provide clear communication and support to candidates throughout the process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Required Skills
1–3 years of recruiting experience (healthcare preferred).
Good knowledge of healthcare roles and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
