We are a well-established hospitality group in Goa, looking to hire a Reservation Associate (or Reservation Executive, depending on experience) to join our team at our South Goa location.

This is an exciting opportunity for energetic and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and want to be part of a growing team. We are specifically inviting applications from candidates currently residing in Goa, ideally from areas close to South Goa.

What You’ll Do :

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other booking platforms
• Enter and update booking details accurately in the system
• Provide clear and professional communication to guests regarding rates, availability, and packages
• Coordinate with internal teams (Front Office, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain up-to-date reservation records and generate required reports
• Deliver prompt, courteous responses to all guest queries
• Follow industry-standard reservation protocols and systems
