Key Responsibilities :

• Manage domestic travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.) for employees.
• Handle travel requests and approvals, ensuring adherence to the company's travel policy.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
• Ensure cost-effective travel arrangements and strive for optimal travel itineraries.
• Maintain records of travel expenses and provide reports to management.
• Assist employees with last-minute travel changes and emergency travel needs.
• Coordinate and manage corporate travel programs and discounts.
