Role Overview

As a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant, you’ll bridge functional design & technical build, supporting implementations and AMS work across multiple modules.

Typical Responsibilities

Configure Workday functional modules (e.g., Core HCM, Comp, Recruiting)

Develop and maintain integrations (EIB, Calc Fields, basic Studio)

Build and enhance custom reports

Support releases, upgrades, and data migrations

Document technical / functional designs

Liaise with business and technical stakeholders

Key modules & technical areas :

✅ Functional : Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Compensation (Core & Advanced), Benefits

✅ Technical :

EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

Calculated Fields

Workday Studio (basic / medium complexity)

BIRT / Custom Reporting

Process areas : H2R

Requirements

What makes you a good fit

3–6+ years as techno-functional consultant

Hands-on config + integration + reporting

Implementation & / or AMS projects

Workday certification preferred

Strong problem-solving & communication skills
