Sr. PACS Analyst - Change PACS

Job descriptionSupport routine upgrades and patches for radiology and cardiology PACS systems under supervision. Collaborate with senior analysts and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of imaging modalities. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and contribute to team knowledge bases. Provide basic support during PACS implementations and system enhancements. Communicate with clinical teams and vendors to address imaging-related issues Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in PACS administration, support, or a related IT / healthcare role. Basic understanding of DICOM standards and imaging workflows. Familiarity with one or more PACS systems (e.g., Merge PACS, Change Healthcare PACS, or similar platforms). Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Associate or Bachelor?s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Exposure to radiology and / or cardiology imaging systems preferred. Experience working in healthcare IT or clinical environments preferred Knowledge of modality integration or ancillary imaging applications preferred Support routine upgrades and patches for radiology and cardiology PACS systems under supervision.
