Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new systems and enhancements.
• Translate high-level business goals into structured technical specifications for software development teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies, providing insights and recommendations.
• Perform deep-dive investigations using SQL and data analysis tools to support business and product decisions.
• Assist in the evaluation and integration of AI tools, APIs, and cloud-based platforms (preferably AWS) for business analysis purposes.
• Qualification : B-Tech IT / CS, MCA / MBA, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, similar role in a software or technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies in large datasets.
• Experience in translating high-level business goals into structured technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools to conduct deep-dive investigations.
• Familiarity with AI tools for business analysis, APIs, cloud-based architectures (AWS preferred), and software development best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
