We are seeking a diligent Client Partner - Medical Billing to accurately process medical claims transactions. This is a non-voice process role that requires strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to maintain high productivity standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner, understanding the impact of their work on customer KPIs, and upholding the highest ethical standards and information security guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process medical claims transactions .
- Post patient demographic details .
- Process Payment Posting transactions in the revenue cycle software provided by the customer.
- Strive to achieve the productivity standards .
- Adhere to customer-provided turnaround time requirements .
- Actively participate in all training activities, including Induction training, Client-specific training, and refresher training on billing and compliance.
- Possess a strong ability to understand the impact of the process on customer KPIs .
- Adhere to Access Healthcare's information security guidelines.
- Demonstrate ethical behavior at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
Skills :Good communication and analytical skills .Good typing speed is important for this role.Qualifications :This is a non-voice process and does not require any call center skills.Degree / diploma in arts or sciences without any current arrears. BTech, BE, MBA, MCA, and other professional courses will not be considered.Skills Required
