Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Staff member located in Chennai. The Billing Staff will be responsible for managing the billing process, generating invoices, and handling client billing. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of patient accounts, ensuring timely submission of bills, and addressing any billing inquiries or discrepancies. The role also involves coordinating with the accounting department to ensure proper financial record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Billing Process and Client Billing
• Invoicing and Accounting skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of billing software and hospital billing procedures is advantageous
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
