JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Integrations Engineer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between internal and external systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in API development, middleware solutions, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will drive seamless connectivity, enhance existing integrations, and introduce best practices to improve system efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Mature existing integrations by optimizing performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Identify and implement integration best practices to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain new system integrations using APIs, middleware, and custom development.
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable integration solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy integrations while ensuring data consistency and system performance.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve integration-related defects and performance issues.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including integration workflows and API specifications.
• Optimize integration performance and security in alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide architectural input for enterprise-level integration strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external SaaS providers, and third-party vendors to implement and support integration solutions.
• Stay up to date with evolving technologies and propose improvements to existing integration frameworks.
