Job descriptionHave hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ads Understand how to build cold, warm, and retargeting funnels Know how to interpret metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV Write clear, engaging ad copy and understand what hooks people in Are comfortable working async and taking ownership of performance Type : Freelance, part-time Time : Flexible — ideally 10–15 hours per week Location : Remote Start date : As soon as you're ready Compensation : Based on experience, project scope, and performance

What You’ll Work On
- Set up, manage, and refine paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Craft ad variations, audience targeting, and budget pacing across funnel stages
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on real-time data
- Collaborate with our content team for copy + creative alignment
- Share weekly updates with actionable insights
