POSITION DETAILS

Position Summary

The primary focus of this role is to lead / drive / support the Commercial Excellence Team in carrying out the company’s Strategic and Profit plans with a key focus on delivering value to the customers in terms of Commercial Excellence, mainly related to Pricing and customer Management.

Principal Activities

(in order of importance)

Pumps EMEA Price List and Price Increase Management

Responsibility for annual list price management

Management of the price increase process for all P-EMEA sites

Price list management including integration into the web shop

Maintenance of the Pricing Matrix (uploading, updating, communication management) Customer Classification Management

Lead functional blocks in Customer Differentiation (80 / 20) company program

Prepare, analyze and summarize Customer satisfaction surveys Pricing Process Management and Harmonization across all Sites

Review, harmonization, and implementation of pricing processes

Further Development and Internationalization of Pricing Guidelines Management of Value-Based Pricing Projects

Business analytics and support for value-based pricing projects

Global Project Management for various Pricing Initiatives to general additional Impact.

Deputize reporting manager

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Skills& Abilities

Energetic, self-starter with ability to drive results, with minimal supervision.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a cross-functional, international environment

Strong knowledge of pricing processes, ideally within an international industrial environment

Solid experience with SAP (R / 3, S / 4HANA as an advantage)

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (PowerPoint is an advantage)

Proven experience in project management and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and multiple nationalities

Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a structured and data-driven mindset

Education & Experience

Degree in business administration (international business) or industrial engineering or an equivalent qualification

Minimum8-10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment

Experience in handling international markets
