Job description
  • We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Commercial Manager to oversee the business's commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure profitability.
  • The Commercial Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to maximize business opportunities and strengthen market position.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business proposals.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend tracking.
  • Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership on commercial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong market and customer insight with ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and financial analysis software.
  • Leadership abilities with experience managing teams and projects
