Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard new sales representatives
- Manage, motivate, and guide the team to meet individual and team sales targets
- Plan and implement sales strategies for business growth
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Generate leads and actively participate in field sales activities
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management
