We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Brand Development to lead brand strategy, innovation, and marketing for our growing portfolio of premium spirits. This role is ideal for a passionate marketer who understands the art and science behind building distinctive liquor brands that connect deeply with consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning – Develop and execute long-term brand strategies to enhance visibility, consumer engagement, and market share.
- Innovation & Product Launches – Drive concept-to-market execution for new brands and product extensions.
- Marketing Leadership – Oversee integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) that strengthen brand equity and drive growth.
- Market Insights & Competitor Analysis – Translate consumer trends and insights into actionable brand initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, trade marketing, and creative agencies to deliver consistent and impactful brand experiences.
- Brand Partnerships & Events – Build brand presence through events, influencer programs, and collaborations.
Skills & Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in brand management or marketing within liquor, beverages, or FMCG industries.Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and premium brand positioning.Proven success in launching and scaling liquor or lifestyle brands.Excellent communication, creative leadership, and analytical thinking.MBA / PG in Marketing or Brand Management preferred.Why Join Us
