We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Marketing Automation – Web Ops Team Manager to lead a crucial function within our client's digital marketing operations. This is a pivotal role for a professional with extensive experience in digital marketing , particularly in marketing automation, web analytics, and social media systems . You will be responsible for overseeing project coordination, resource management, and workflow maintenance, ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives and adherence to SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Web Operations team, overseeing project coordination and workflow maintenance.
- Manage resource allocation effectively to ensure optimal team performance and project delivery.
- Maintain and enforce SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and operational guidelines for all projects.
- Utilize Project Management Tools like Jira or Workfront to track progress, manage tasks, and streamline workflows.
- Possess a strong understanding of Marketing Automation platforms (with a preference for Salesforce ), Web Analytics , and Social Media Systems .
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
A minimum of 8 years of overall experience in Digital Marketing .Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems ( Salesforce is highly preferable).Proficiency in Web Analytics and Social Media Systems .Demonstrated experience with Project Management Tools such as Jira or Workfront (preferable).Proven expertise in resource allocation and management .Experience in SLA & Guideline Maintenance and Workflow Maintenance .Excellent project coordination skills.How to Apply
