At Smith+Nephew, we're looking for a Senior Manager, Data Services – Data Architecture to join our diverse and collaborative Data & Analytics team. In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable, and inclusive data architecture that powers our enterprise cloud data platform and enables a wide range of data, analytics, quality, and research solutions.

You'll partner closely with business and technology teams to transform our on-premise data environment, build robust data engineering and transformation frameworks, and deliver high-quality, efficient, and reliable data products using Snowflake on AWS and emerging technologies. You'll also guide solution architects, promote agile and inclusive ways of working, and champion best practices that empower teams across the organization to drive data-driven insights and innovation.

What will you be doing

Strategy :

• Actively engage and contribute to the overall data architecture strategy with specific emphases on design, development and maintenance of the data architecture, data models and standards for various data integration & data warehousing projects in Snowflake, combined with other technologies.
• Architect, construct and deliver Data Transformation Frameworks / Data products for complex data solutions across multiple domains, supporting the entire software development lifecycle.
