Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities and a passion for supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and support the daily operations of the sales team.
- Manage and process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM / ERP system.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation.
- Communicate with clients to provide product information, follow up on inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, trade shows and sales events.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.G., logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track orders from receipt to dispatch and resolve delays proactively.
- Monitor sales targets and help the team meet or exceed goals.
- Respond to and manage incoming calls, emails and other communications from customers.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department .
- Maintain direct and indirect customers database.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).Minimum 4 years’ experience in a sales support or administrative role.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);experience with CRM software is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of inventory management or order processing.
