As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with architects and interior designers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager and other sales teams to understand market trends, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will represent our company at industry events and trade shows, maintaining a professional image at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales performance. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be required to effectively communicate with customers and build long-term relationships. You should be self-motivated, confident, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience using sales tools and CRM software is desirable.

A. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities and emerging trends in the retail industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to target and secure new clients, expanding the company's market share.
- Utilize networking, social media, and referrals to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.
B. Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships with Existing & New Customers :
Engage with customers regularly to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Provide personalized solutions and support to maintain customer loyalty and foster long-term relationships. Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.C. Achieve Sales Targets and Objectives :
Execute sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.Monitor sales performance regularly, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive collective success in achieving sales goals.D. Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations to Potential Customers :
