We are a leading auto components company establishing a Centre of Excellence in HR & Compliance. We seek a dynamic leader with global manufacturing experience and strong compliance expertise to drive governance, digitization, and people outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead HR & Compliance CoE – policies, frameworks & governance.

Ensure statutory compliance, audits & risk management.

Drive HR transformation (HRIS, analytics, data privacy).

Collaborate with global & local stakeholders.

Build & mentor a high-performing CoE team.

Desired Profile

12–20 yrs leadership experience in HR & compliance (manufacturing).

Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, statutory compliance & governance.

Proven expertise in digitization, process improvement & change management.

• MBA / PGDM from a top-tier institute is mandatory;

compliance / legal qualifications a plus.
