We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in the steel / iron sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities within the steel / iron industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable steel / iron products.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to expanding market share.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Conduct market research to track industry developments and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel / iron or construction materials.Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Good understanding of the Pune market.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Two-wheeler preferred for client visits.Job Type : Full-time
