Job Title : C&I Sales Professional – Solar PV Modules Location : Pune & Nagpur

About the Role :

We are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Professionals with 8 to 13 years of relevant experience to lead and expand our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar module sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving module sales in the C&I segment through strategic business development and client relationship management in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Solar PV Modules in the C&I segment (rooftop and ground-mount projects).
  • Identify and build relationships with EPC contractors, developers, corporates, consultants, and industrial clients .
  • Achieve regional sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into orders.
  • Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and policy developments affecting the solar industry.
  • Manage complete customer lifecycle including post-sales support, payment follow-ups, and repeat business generation.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data entry in CRM systems.
  • Participate in trade shows, expos, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Candidate Profile :

  • Experience : 8 to 13 years in sales / business development in solar PV modules or related products in the C&I segment.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related discipline. MBA is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV modules, specifications, pricing, and supply chain .
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships across regions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
