JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a CRM / RevOps Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to be the Salesforce CRM owner for all brands, ensuring clean data, proper lead routing, Pardot integration, and insightful dashboards connecting marketing to sales outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage Salesforce CRM setup, customization, and hygiene across the group.
- Create and enforce mandatory fields, validation rules, and data governance policies.
- Deduplicate leads / contacts and maintain database accuracy.
- Integrate Salesforce with Pardot to ensure MQLs flow correctly to sales queues.
- Build and maintain dashboards : Leads ? MQLs ? SQLs ? Won, segmented by brand / source.
- Train marketing / sales users on Salesforce processes.
- Deliver monthly funnel and pipeline reports for leadership.
- Ensure journey data and A / B test results from Pardot flow into Salesforce campaigns for unified reporting.
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Skills :
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns objects.Hands-on experience with SalesforcePardot integration.Skilled in dashboard / report building.Ability to design MQL workflows and lead assignment rules.Analytical and detail-oriented; strong governance mindset.Qualification and Experience :
4 to 6 years as a Salesforce Admin / RevOps Manager.(ref : hirist.tech)
