Job Title : Marketing Technology Solution Consultant

Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Technology Solution Consultant to design and implement comprehensive marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design & Implementation :
- Conduct discovery sessions with client teams for understanding requirements and the current solution setup.
- Act as technical consultant for marketing automation projects, translating client requirements into actionable solutions
- Conduct platform assessments and recommend optimal marketing technology stacks
- Create technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps
- Develop integrated solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Contact Builder, Web Studio, Automation Studio, Einstein)
- Build responsive, personalized email templates, landing pages, and mobile campaigns using out of the box templates, content blocks, HTML, Javascript, AMPScript
- Build automations and data management using SQL.
Technical Integration & Analytics :
Develop and maintain integrations between marketing platforms and external systems via APIs, data imports, SQLDesign data integration strategies ensuring seamless data flow across marketing technology stackBuild and manage audience segments, data extensions, and customer profilesAnalyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable optimization insightsConduct A / B testing strategies to improve engagement rates and ROIClient Management :
Serve as primary technical point of contact for marketing technology initiativesStay current with platform updates, new features, and industry best practicesExperience :
4-5 years in marketing technology consulting or solution implementationStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience in marketing automation strategy and multi-channel campaign orchestrationTechnical Skills :
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web development conceptsExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud AMPscript, SSJS, and SQLStrong understanding of API integrations and data managementKnowledge of marketing automation best practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)Soft Skills :
