Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Salesforce Expertise : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Communication Skills : Possess strong presentation and communication abilities, effectively simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Client Engagement : Establish rapport with clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Technical Proficiency : Experience in Salesforce configurations and customizations is preferred.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our partners and clients.
  • Leadership & Insight : Utilize previous experience to provide valuable insights, guidance, and leadership in partnership management and sales strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking : Leverage extensive experience in solutioning and developing go-to-market strategies to drive business success.
