Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Reception Manager at Dr. Ram's Advanced Surgical Hospital. The Reception Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing daily receptionist duties. Additional responsibilities include maintaining efficient communication with visitors and staff and organizing administrative tasks as necessary. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff
• Experience in managing Receptionist Duties with a focus on quality and professionalism
• Excellent Organization Skills for managing schedules and administrative priorities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and administrative software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
