Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, appointments, and daily tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in project management, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met efficiently.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the CEO / Executive team.
- Willingness to travel as required for meetings and other official responsibilities.
Skills / Attributes Required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary is preferred.Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to travel frequently (both domestic and international).Skills Required
