Role : Oracle HCM Time & Labor Description :

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Time & Labor Consultant with strong experience in designing and configuring OTL components and supporting end-to-end implementation Responsibilities :

• Design and configure Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) objects.
• Handle time entry, approvals, absences, and schedules, including system integrations.
• Prepare functional specs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
• Manage time entry processes, approvals, absences, schedules, and ensure seamless integration with other HR and payroll systems.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and comprehensive test scripts.
• Lead and execute Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and System Integration Testing (SIT) with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop and support flexfields (FFs), reports, and interfaces.
• Execute CRP, SIT with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams for FFs, reports, and interfaces.
• Conduct UAT with clients and ensure timely defect resolution.
