Job Summary
The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels and ensuring efficient supply chain operations for BP Business Sol (HC). This role requires a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills to manage inventory, mitigate risks, and contribute to value creation within our supply chain.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce holding costs, and improve service levels.Apply Agility core practices and tools to drive continuous improvement in inventory processes and supply chain efficiency.Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory data, identifying trends, forecasting demand, and recommending adjustments to procurement and logistics plans.Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment on inventory strategies and supply chain objectives.Lead supplier relationships, including negotiation planning and preparation, to secure favorable terms and ensure reliable supply.Lead and participate in various projects related to inventory optimization, supply chain improvements, and new system implementations.Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory, supply chain disruptions, and market fluctuations.Contribute to the development and implementation of balanced supply chain practices, demonstrating awareness and application of sustainability principles.Apply strong business and commercial competence to make data-driven decisions that contribute to value creation and management across the supply chain.Continuously supervise and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Job Qualifications
Confirmed experience in Inventory Management and Logistics Management.Strong understanding and practical application of Agility core practices and tools.Demonstrated Eye For Business and Commercial Competence.Excellent Negotiating skills, including negotiation planning and preparation.Experience in Project Management within a supply chain or operations context.Proficiency in Risk Management principles and their application to inventory and supply chain.Ability to apply Critical Thinking to complex supply chain challenges.Experience in Supplier Relationship Management.In-depth knowledge of Supply chain management principles and standard methodologies.Awareness and application of Sustainability awareness and principles within a business context.Proven track record to drive Value creation and management initiatives.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company!
