About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Junior Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in financial services or investment advisory, with a strong interest in managing HNI / UHNI clients and building a long-term career in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Support
- Assist in managing a portfolio of HNI / UHNI clients.
- Understand client financial goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences.
2. Investment Advisory Support
Recommend and explain suitable investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS,AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance.
Coordinate with senior managers for customized solutions when required.3. Business Development
Support client acquisition through referrals, networking, and market research.Identify prospective clients and assist in onboarding.4. Client Engagement
Conduct regular follow-ups, portfolio reviews, and client service interactions.Share market updates, product information, and financial insights.5. Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with product, research, and operations teams to ensure smoothexecution of client requests and investment operations.
6. Market Research
Stay updated on financial markets, products, and regulatory developments to betterassist clients.
7. Compliance
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards duringall client interactions and transactions.
8. Target Achievement
Support achievement of revenue, AUM, and client acquisition goals.Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.6 months to 2 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Financial Product Distribution.Strong understanding of financial products and investment concepts.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn.Mandatory : NISM certification.Preferred : CFP, CFA, or other relevant certifications.Skills Required
