Job Title : HR Intern

Job Type : Full-Time Internship (On-site)

Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary : Up to 10,000 per month (stipend / in-hand)

Eligibility :

Only full-time candidates should apply

Undergraduates and part-time applicants will not be considered

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in managing hiring processes, onboarding, attendance tracking, and other HR activities. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates who want to build hands-on experience in HR within a fast-paced marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates

Support in conducting interviews and maintaining candidate records

Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining documentation

Help manage attendance sheets and leave records

Coordinate with teams for hiring requirements and updates

Explore and suggest new ideas for hiring and team engagement

Provide support in daily HR operations and team coordination

Requirements

Graduate or above (undergraduate candidates are not eligible)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic documentation

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Ability to work full-time on-site in Jaipur

Working Details

Job Type : Full-Time Internship (On-site)

Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Stipend : Up to 10,000 per month
