What You Should Know About This Job

Position : HR Intern

Location : Hyderabad (Candidates must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate)

Stipend : 10,000 / month

Internship Duration : 3 to 6 Months

Post Internship Offer : Full-time opportunity with a package of 2.4 LPA

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes and exposure to daily HR functions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition Support :

Sourcing candidates through various job portals and social platforms

Screening resumes and conducting initial interactions

Coordinating interviews and follow-ups

2. HR Operations Training & Support :

Assisting in onboarding and joining formalities

Supporting exit formalities and documentation

Maintaining attendance and leave records

Helping with day-to-day HR tasks and employee interactions

Who Can Apply :

MBA or BBA graduates (preferably with HR specialization)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain

Must be located in Hyderabad or open to relocating

This internship is a stepping stone for those looking to build a long-term career in HR. Exceptional performers will be considered for a full-time role post the internship period.
