Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Rajarhat. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales and revenue targets. Other duties include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing company policies and procedures effectively. The Branch Manager will also play a key role in community engagement and developing customer relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in sales and achieving revenue targets
• Knowledge of financial services and gold loan products
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle branch operations
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in gold loan and preferably working in competition as BM.
