We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our Agency Channel. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key business metrics, and ensuring sustainable business growth. The role involves building and leading high-performing teams, developing Agency, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business plan covering :
HNI prospecting
Regular business activities (LA base, Activation, Case Rate, Case Size, etc.)
Monitor and validate performance of SMs / RDMs and coach ABMs / BRDMs for skill improvement
Review and guide SM / RDM target setting and performance based on conversion ratios
Conduct random audits for Advisor selection and ensure recruitment quality
Maintain strong business health parameters (Persistency, Product Mix, Claims, etc.) and drive corrective measures
Team Structure
Manage
3–5 Assistant Branch Managers (ABM)
Branch Recruitment Development Managers (BRDM)
Each ABM / BRDM leads a team of
8–10 Sales Managers / Recruitment & Development Managers
Qualification
Graduate (minimum); Postgraduate preferred.
Key Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Strong planning, execution, and presentation skills.
CTC : Up to 12 LPA (Depends on your last ctc & interview review)
