Product Owner - Securities & Capital Market

Key Responsibilities

Product Management : You'll be responsible for the delivery of complex products to clients, ensuring that development is outcome-focused, using metrics like OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

Agile Leadership : Work in Agile environments, leading teams with an enthusiastic and proactive mindset. You'll be a key player in understanding and documenting as-is and to-be business processes and flows.

Domain Expertise : Apply your experience in the Investment Bank and Securities domain, specifically with applications that support Securities settlements & confirmations, preferably with US securities settlements through DTCC.

Stakeholder Collaboration : You'll use your strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships with business and operations stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clear Management : Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and product management, including setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals.

Financial Domain : Proven experience as a Product Manager in the financial sector, specifically in the Investment Bank and Securities domain.

Data & Analytics : Experience working with data and a strong understanding of data concepts. Proficiency with tools like Alteryx, SQL, and Python is required.

Agile & Methodology : Expertise in working with Agile methodologies, with an ability to document business requirements and process flows.

Experience & Education :

Experience : A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner in the financial sector, with a focus on securities and capital markets.

Education : A Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related technical field is preferred.
