Product Owner

Job Title : Product Hyderabad (Hybrid 6+ mode : 1-2 rounds of F2F in Hyderabad Expertise (Mandatory) : Securities Settlements, Capital Markets / OTC

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Product Owner with 6+ years of experience in Securities Settlements and Capital Markets, ideally with exposure to US DTCC processes. This role combines deep domain expertise with strong technical skills in data analytics (Alteryx, SQL, Python) to drive agile delivery and improve post-trade settlement processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders, leveraging data to streamline operations and deliver impactful and Responsibilities :

• working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
• delivery of complex products to clients within the financial industry
• experience as a Product Manager in the financial sector, ideally in the Investment Bank and Securities domain
• experience working with applications supporting Securities settlements & confirmations, preferably US securities settlements through DTCC etc.
• experience working with settlement & confirmations business / operations stakeholders, documenting as-is and to-be business & process flows, process engineering etc.
• setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels

Data Analytics : Alteryx, SQL , Python experience. Experience working with data and understanding data.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory) : Securities Settlements, Capital Markets / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) are a plus.
