Product Owner - Benefits Administration

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy & Roadmap : Work with stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap for our healthcare and benefits administration solutions.
• Requirements Management : Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Agile Leadership : Serve as the product expert within an Agile / Scrum team, prioritizing backlogs, and leading sprint planning and review sessions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and clients, to ensure alignment on product goals.
• Domain Expertise : Use your deep understanding of US healthcare plans, benefits eligibility, enrollment workflows, COBRA, FSA, and HSA to guide product decisions and ensure compliance.
