Product Owner - Benefits Administration
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy & Roadmap : Work with stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap for our healthcare and benefits administration solutions.
- Requirements Management : Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Agile Leadership : Serve as the product expert within an Agile / Scrum team, prioritizing backlogs, and leading sprint planning and review sessions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and clients, to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Domain Expertise : Use your deep understanding of US healthcare plans, benefits eligibility, enrollment workflows, COBRA, FSA, and HSA to guide product decisions and ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications :
Experience : 8+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis, with a primary focus on US healthcare and benefits administration.Domain Knowledge : A strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and benefits lifecycle.Methodology : Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Technical Acumen : Prior experience with HIPAA-compliant systems and healthcare data workflows.Skills : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.(ref : iimjobs.com)
