We're looking for a Business Development Associate who can drive Prepe's local growth by onboarding service providers and building lasting partnerships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys on-ground interactions, understands local business needs, and is motivated by growth targets. You'll be the face of Prepe on the field — connecting, convincing, and creating partnerships that power our platform's expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard local vendors.
- Pitch Prepe's subscription model and explain its benefits clearly.
- Maintain relationships with onboarded vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect, organize, and update vendor data in structured reports.
- Provide regular updates, feedback, and insights to the core Prepe team.
Requirement
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or on-ground marketing.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Comfortable with field work and vendor visits.Strong relationship management and follow-up abilities.Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about startups and growth.Skills Required
