Position Summary :

As an Audit Industry CHAMP AM / TL, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the CHAMP sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs.
• Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
• Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory and assurance solutions.
• Assist in the development of junior staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging CA & CPA are preferred.
• 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in audit.
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies and accounting principles.
• Experience with CHAMP industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
