Role : Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

Experience : Minimum 2 years in process audit or audit firm experience

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (Full / Half qualified) or an accounting degree with internal audit experience

Location : Chennai & Business travel India & Overseas and Open to international posting in the future after working at IAD India for a few years.

Salary Upto : 20LPA

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct business process audits, financial audits, and theme-based audits
• Handle end-to-end audit cycles for assigned areas
• Develop audit programs and high-quality reports
• Provide practical, workable recommendations and ensure resolution of audit issues
• Apply strong data analytics skills in audits
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to auditing best practices
• Work with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with stakeholders
• Willingness to travel (25-30%) , including to the Middle East and Africa
• Experience in forensic audits & IT surveillance audits is an added advantage
