HR Recruiter (Work From Office)
EaseBiz Placement is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter, either female or male, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in client communication and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills are essential. The candidate must be calm, soft spoken, and able to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases using Excel and other tools.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications :
