1. New Business Development :
2. Focused into Business Development – CV and Off-highway Segment
3. Focused in growing business in existing accounts irrespective of product family
4. Maintaining a healthy Pipeline of RFQs
5. Conversion of RFQs into business at an acceptable conversion rate
6. Market Research
7. Business Finalization :
8. Contract Negotiation, Formulation and Finalization
9. Should have exp. in International Sales
10. Export knowledge & experience is mandatory
11. Pricing Mechanism (Including RM and Other Cost Escalation Recovery)
12. Sales :
13. Overall Responsibility of Account regards to below functions :
1. Quality Issues Liaison
2. Central Management Activities
3. Program Management – NPD :
4. Ensuring a smooth TR, PPAP right till Series establishment
5. Ensure PPAP and Development Timeline adherence
