Job Summary
- A Perform CoE Coach will be a part of a central capability of coaches and productivity leads in Standard Chartered GBS. The individual will be responsible to drive strategic programs on productivity within Business Units and implement the productivity frameworks, and effectively collaborate across businesses to meet program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Form close working partnerships with team leads / supervisors across the in-scope population for the initiativesTrain and coach assigned team managers on the strategic programs' learning content, including in weekly classroom – based training sessionsAnalyse, explain and maintain the accuracy of performance data for assigned teams using program tooling and methodologiesSupport and coordinate desk side observations with team members to document process, people and performance opportunitiesFacilitate daily team 'huddles', ensuring teams follow best practices; also responsible for articulating the key metrics, deviations and ways of correcting the deviationsHold coaching 1 : 1 with Team managers to discuss performance data insights, arising opportunities and challengesSustain and champion the programme methodology after deployment, by checking and challenging efficiency plans and acting as an SME in future cohortsEnable a culture of high performance that is highly collaborative and focussed on continuous learning & improvement.Apply your strengths in coaching, mentoring, advising, designing solutions through thought leadership across key organisational agility enablersResponsibilites

Looking for a candidate with 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting / Change Management / Operational Excellence / Process improvement / Workspace consulting / Workforce ManagementBanking / Global Business Services domain knowledge and experience is good to have but not a necessityExperience of running and managing similar initiativesA strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentStrong data analysis and interpretation skills – can spot trends and patterns in data to identify opportunities for productivity improvementsExperience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and able to fluently communicate key data insightsStrong workshop planning and facilitation skillsMature critical thinking and problem solving skills to find creative solutions to improve productivity within teamsProficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelStrong stakeholder management with the ability to effectively playback results, progress and blockers to key programme stakeholdersStrong agility in adapting to fast paced environments and capable of changing approach based on specific requirementsRelevant Certifications
