Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Coordinator with 3–5 years of expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role involves coordinating HVAC design, drawings, site execution, and vendor management to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate HVAC drawings, designs, and BOQs with consultants and contractors.
• Provide technical support to project and site teams for HVAC installations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Monitor HVAC work progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with other MEP services (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) for clash-free execution.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project status updates.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients for technical clarifications.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities of HVAC systems.
