Role Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager with a proven track record of owning client accounts, driving P&L responsibility, and delivering success in corporate events, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships.
The role demands a strong sales leader who can :
Secure high-value business deals with corporates and brands.
Independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
Take ownership of account P&Ls, driving both revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
Lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects — from pitch to execution — across multiple event formats.

Job Type : Full-time | On-site
Salary : Rs 7,20,000 to Rs 12,00,000 / - (depending upon prior industry experience + skill sets + value addition) - Fixed + Performance Bonus Structure
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Generation :
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through corporate / brand event deals.
Client Acquisition :
Target decision-makers in FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Lifestyle sectors.
Relationship Management :
Build long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
Proposal & Pitch Leadership :
Create winning presentations, proposals & budgets.
Market Intelligence :
Stay ahead with insights on industry trends & competitors.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Partner with creative, production, and operations teams.
Event Planning & Execution :
Oversee end-to-end delivery — logistics, budgets, vendors, and post-event reporting.
Skills & Requirements :
Experience :
5–7 years in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
Network :
Strong corporate connects with marketing & procurement heads.
Sales Skills :
Proven track record of meeting / exceeding revenue goals.
Communication :
Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
Technical Knowledge :
Event production, costing & budgeting know-how.
Bonus :
Familiarity with event planning tools / software.
