Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Operations and Sales at Zeeco Brand Experiences Pvt. Ltd. located in Okhla, Delhi. This is a dynamic hybrid role where you will be responsible primarily managing end-to-end operational execution of events and brand activations. Your day-to-day tasks will include cold calling and lead generation, client relationship management, vendor management, procurement, costing, and on-ground event supervision. This role requires travel to client sites and event locations.

Qualifications

• Operational knowledge of event and activation management is a must.
• Experience in vendor management, procurement and estimation.
• Travel for work is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Excellent time management and resource allocation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Communication skills for cold calling, lead generation and client pitching.
• Proven experience in a role combining sales and operations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree a background in management or marketing is preferred.
• Experience in the event management or similar industry (minimum 1-3 years).
