Job descriptionLead the design development process with external consultants and internal managers. Ensure all design deliverables (drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, moodboards) align with Isprava’s luxury brand ethos. Uphold the principle of zero compromise on design quality, aesthetic refinement, and functional integrity. Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, ensuring pace, accountability, and quality. Build and mentor a strong internal team of 3–5 design managers, providing structured guidance and review. Delegate effectively while maintaining personal oversight on critical design and execution checkpoints. Work with Sales to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions. Partner with Architectural, Construction, and Finishing teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent. Resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs while protecting quality and design integrity. Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing. Conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks to ensure flawless delivery. Uphold Isprava’s standards of precision, with no tolerance for compromise on finish or function. Balance creativity with commercial sensibility—optimizing designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience. Review BOQs, indents, and vendor submissions to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and design alignment. Bring global best practices and innovative materials into projects. Explore digital and AI tools for visualization, moodboarding etc Reimagine processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining design purity. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field. 10+ years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors. Proven success in managing external consultants and internal design teams. Strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects with uncompromising detail and finish. Precision in reviewing design documentation and execution drawings. Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, with a strong eye for luxury detail. Commercial acumen to ensure viability without compromise on quality. Leadership ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Meticulous, detail-driven, and uncompromising on quality and functionality. Creative yet pragmatic, with the ability to balance vision and reality. Collaborative and inspiring, with strong people connect. High adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Shape interiors that redefine luxury living in India. Role Overview
The Interior Design Lead will own the end-to-end interior design process for Isprava’s projects, working directly with top-tier consultants, internal design managers, and cross-functional teams. This role is central to ensuring flawless design delivery—balancing creativity with execution discipline.
The role demands :
- No compromise on quality, aesthetics, and functionality at any stage of design or execution.
- Strong liaising with best-in-class external interior design firms and over-sight over a team of 3–5 internal design managers.
- Seamless collaboration with Sales, Architecture, Construction, and Finishing teams.
- Regular site supervision to guarantee flawless finishes and snag-free delivery.
