Job Title : Interior Designer

Location : Noida, India

Role Description : We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional living spaces that reflect the unique style and needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Develop creative and innovative design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and furniture layouts.
Create detailed design plans, including material specifications and cost estimates.
Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, furnishings, and accessories.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished products.
Conduct site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan and to resolve any issues that may arise.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Maintain accurate project documentation and timelines.
Prepare project cost estimates and provide pricing information to customers
Prepare accurate estimations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and related plans for each project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.

Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to clients.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of various hardware accessories, fittings.

Experience in Modular Designing would be an advantage.
